According to the details, 74 deaths were reported from Corona in the last 24 hours across the country, bringing the death toll to 11,450. The number of confirmed cases of Corona in Pakistan has reached 537,477. According to the latest figures from the National Command and Operations Center, 1,563 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, 155,214 in Punjab, 242,793 in Sindh, 65,953 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and 18 in Balochistan. 7,665, 4,903 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 40,972 in Islamabad, and 8,877 in Azad Kashmir.

During the second wave of Corona, the number of positive cases dropped significantly to 3.9 percent.

The situation returned to pre-November 10 levels. On the other hand, the number of corona cases worldwide has increased from 108 million and 2,167,092 people have lost their lives.

It may be recalled that according to the statistics, the first case of coronavirus was registered on November 17, 2019, after which the number of cases reached one crore on June 27, 2020. On November 24, the number of Corona cases reached 60 million. On December 10, 2020, the number of cases reached 70 million. On December 25, the number of Corona cases reached 80 million.
